Trends & Tracking at a Glance

Stay Consistent. Stay Aware. Stay in Control.
Your TCT Dashboard includes a powerful tracking section that highlights how well you're logging—and how effectively you're avoiding foods, ingredients, or allergens that may be contributing to your symptoms.

Daily Logging Streak & Symptom Trends

At the top of this section, you’ll see your food logging streak—a visual reminder of how many consecutive days you've logged meals. Staying consistent helps improve the accuracy of all your analysis. Right below, symptom trend lines track how often symptoms are being logged over time. This helps you stay mindful of improvements or patterns that may be emerging. Tap the arrow next to your symptom trends to open your Symptom History page, where you can dive deeper into timing, severity, and duration.

Ingredient & Allergen Watch

If you’ve flagged any ingredients or allergens—either based on TCT’s analysis or your own suspicions—they’ll appear here with a 3-week trend line showing how often they’ve appeared in your meals. This gives you quick visual feedback on how well you’re avoiding these watch items.
Each item includes a selectable arrow that takes you directly to your Meal History, filtered to show the meals that contained the flagged item. This makes it easy to spot foods that may include a hidden source of the ingredient or allergen—especially useful for those you may have overlooked.

Why This Matters

These trend tools serve two purposes:
- Daily accountability, helping you stay on track with consistent logging and avoidance goals
- Fast insight, revealing whether symptoms are improving or if watch items are still sneaking into your meals
Together, they form a powerful loop of awareness and action that supports both short-term symptom management and long-term dietary change.

A Quick Note About Data & Ingredient Visibility

Accurate analysis depends on accurate data. If you’re eating branded foods that aren’t in our database—or if the ingredient list is missing—you may not get complete tracking results. TCT will let you know when this happens, and we strongly encourage you to use the Label Reader to add the missing food. If the food isn’t in the database at all, please take a moment to add it using the same tool. You’ll not only improve your own results—you’ll help grow a global food database for others, too.

Consistency Fuels Insight

Every log strengthens your ability to identify food-symptom connections. These tracking tools are here to guide, not overwhelm—so you can see your progress, monitor your risks, and make informed decisions with confidence.
