Quickly monitor the nutrients that matter most—right from your Dashboard. This section gives you real-time data on your daily nutrient intake, helping you make informed adjustments throughout the day to stay on track with your goals.

Two Ways to Stay Informed

At the top, you'll find the “See All Nutrients” card, which gives you instant access to your full daily macro and micronutrient breakdown. It’s your go-to view for seeing how today’s food intake stacks up against USDA recommendations or your custom targets.
Just below is the “Current Goal Profile” card, showing the active nutrition goal you're working with (e.g., “Rob Slim” or “Standard Goal Profile”). Each goal profile is fully customizable and allows you to select favorite nutrients—vitamins or minerals you care most about—so they display live on your Dashboard for quick reference.

Personalized Goal Profiles

TCT lets you create and manage multiple goal profiles to match your evolving health priorities—whether you're cutting carbs, increasing protein, or focusing on iron intake. Each profile is independent, so you can tailor nutrient targets and favorites uniquely to each goal. If no favorites have been selected, you’ll see a helpful reminder with instructions on how to get started.

How to Choose Your Favorites

To display specific nutrient data on your Dashboard, visit the Goal Profile Editor, select the profile you'd like to update, and star the nutrients you want to monitor. Those favorites will now appear on your Dashboard with real-time consumption updates. Be sure to repeat this step for each profile you create, so you always have the right insights at your fingertips.
